Meg is on a mission to empower women!
She encourages them to reach beyond the familiarity of current patterns, break the cycle of codependency, reclaim the direction of their lives, and transform their relationships.
Meg works with her clients to establish their new way of being in the world; clear, defined, articulate, courageous. Establishing and implementing boundaries is an important first step in this process.
Meg has been working in the wellness industry for 22 years. Her journey began with the pursuit and practice of Massage Therapy, and she has since become Board Certified in Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and EFT. She is a certified HMT Practitioner and a Licensed Bodyworker in the state of Illinois.
